Join Us for a weekend of healing, laughter, community, and renewal! This time is just for you and your only job is to be as free as possible! Led by Reiki Master, Experienced Yoga Teacher, and Intuitive Healer, Frannie Ayers!

This weekend is going to be intimate with limited participants so everyone can have ample room to unwind and have space held for them. During our time together you can expect healing on a cellular level to happen right in time for the holidays!

• Opening Cacao Ceremony where we will get to know each other and start the process of heart opening with this ancient plant medicine.
• Morning Meditations with gentle movement and journaling time if guided.
• Slow Flow and Gentle Yoga practices designed to allow you to feel your body.
• Nightly Yoga Nidra or Reiki depending on what the day has held.
• One Soul Painting Class with reading during the class

• Ending empowerment circle on how to take away the weekends learnings and integrate back into your everyday life.
