I have found that when you are able to combine stress managment through energy work into your strength training you are able to stay focused on creating lifestyle changes. As a certified personal trainer and energy healer I have been able to see how the integration of both have allowed people to have deeper, more sustainable results leading to more pleasure and fullfilled lives.
There are numerous packages involving once a week private training and monthly energy work, twice a week training and monthly energy work, as well as plans for independent workouts at home while coming in for energy work!
