4 Week Body Weight Fitness Class

Wanting to add more movement and build strength in your body? This class is perfect for all levels to begin or add to their fitness journey. Class will be a balance of strengthening, getting the heart rate elevated, and working on mobility. Multiple variations will be given to allow you to find what is comfortable for your body. We will have a small warm-up, 25-30 minutes of work, and stretch it out at the end. While this is a body weight class you are welcome to bring dumbbells to add additional effort. Please bring water, mat or towel, and a great curiosity to exploring what your body can do!
